Ian:  Thank you so very much for all your able assistance the past few months as I have been learning the bird control business.  I haven't even scratched the surface, but I am feeling much better.  It is particularly satisfying and comforting knowing that you and your staff are always eager, patient, and AVAILABLE when I have a problem or question.  When I have a problem I just hit the speed dial on my phone and seconds later you or your people are answering a question or ordering materials.

Today was a very good example of your outstanding service.  When I thought I had not ordered enough of the correct parts you patiently explained to me that we didn't need the item, and patiently explained where we could find the solution in the installation manual.  A short time later I decided that I wanted to order some spare parts (which ironically turned out later we did need) you simply took my verbal order and made the necessary arrangements to have them shipped today.  And then later on in the installation we ran out of lead wire, and you kindly took the order and arranged to have it shipped tomorrow.

I don't want to forget the help you gave a few weeks ago when I needed to order the necessary materials for this project.  What I thought was going to be a nightmare, turned out to be a simple telephone conversation with you.  After taking the order on a Thursday afternoon, you suggested that we would receive the items the following Tuesday or Wednesday.  I thought that was very very optimistic....as usual you were a man of your word, and the items came in just as you said. 

Thank You Ian for all your help today.  I am NOT very confident in my bird control expertise...but I am very confident that I will have the best support for bird control products from you and your staff.

I am excited to work on many more projects....and have three (3) outstanding project in the works.  The opportunities seem to be limitless.
