The scarecrow is a motion activated sprinkler that can be used to deter large pest birds from open spaces.
Description:
The Scarecrow is a motion activated sprinkler that sprays a stream of water each time motion is sensed. The infrared Sensor detects pest birds when they are present, and releases an immediate shot of water. The combination of the spray, along with the movement of the head, and sound of the sprinkler, will all work together to deter birds and other pests. The scarecrow is ideal for keeping pest birds and animals out of the garden, backyard, pool areas, and other open spaces.
How It Works:
The infrared Sensor detects pest birds when they are present up to 35 feet away releasing an immediate shot of water. Birds will associate being sprayed with the area, and avoid it in the future.

The scarecrow is easy to install and comes with an extensive installation manual. The scarecrow “body” snaps and screws together. You install a 9-volt battery into the compartment below the “head”, and attach a garden hose to the base. The Scarecrow has a stake for easy installation in grass areas or dirt areas.
